Cancellation policy

I charge 50% of the total service if you no-show or cancel within 24 hours. Without enough notice, I'm not able to fill those times and I want to be able to accommodate everyone. Please contact me as soon as possible if you know you cannot make your appointment. 

I require a valid credit or debit card on file in order to book an appointment. This will only be used in the event of a no-show or late cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. 

You will receive a confirmation text and/or email when your appointment is accepted. It is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation text/email.

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are running over 7-10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Clients under 18 can receive most services with a signed Parent Consent Form. I do not offer Brazilian services on anyone under 17, however all other wax and sugar services can be performed with a parent or legal guardian's supervision.
